We stayed in the cottage for a few days and loved it. The location was perfect, with kangaroos and native birds right outside. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was super clean and cosy. The spa bath and fireplace were a nice touch. Great family inclusion details with baby seat, portacot, and board games. The villa had a solid old-style timber construction and lots of wildlife outside. It was close to everything and the rooms were spacious with all amenities on-site. a perfect location to explore the Grampians.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa. The beds were comfortable and there was a great selection of pillows. The villa was clean and well-maintained, with towels, bed linen, and blankets provided. I appreciated the thoughtful extras like hand soap and paper towels. The outdoor firepit had matches and firestarters, and there were pellets for the indoor fire. The location was superb, with close proximity to walking tracks, shops, and a kangaroo viewing ground. The wildlife was abundant and friendly throughout my stay.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by wildlife and beautiful views of the mountains. the villa had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a luxurious spa bath and a well-equipped kitchen. I also loved the little extras provided, like electric blankets and a selection of books and puzzles.
the lighting in certain rooms was quite dull, and brighter lights would have been more convenient. these were minor issues and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The rooms at Kiramli Villas are absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in my own cozy little cabin retreat. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made it so convenient to cook my own meals. And let's talk about the fireplace - it added such a cozy and romantic atmosphere to the room. Plus, having a washing machine in the unit was a total game-changer!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the patio. But hey, that's just me!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming cabin in a serene and beautiful natural setting. The location was perfect, with the convenience of being near the CBD. The cabin was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge suite and the large dining table. The close proximity to the oval meant we had the pleasure of interacting with friendly kangaroos and cockatoos daily. The two-storey layout with two bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for our group of four adults. Our host Denise was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our special needs. Additionally, the neighbouring backpackers hostel provided valuable local information through Tim. I had a fantastic experience at Kiramli Villas and would definitely recommend it to others.
Although our cabin was comfortable, there were a few minor issues that I encountered. the stove was not very powerful and proved to be a bit challenging when cooking for a larger group.

We had a fantastic time backpacking at this villa. the location was superb, with easy access to hiking trails, shops, and kangaroo viewing grounds. the villa itself was clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen facilities and a cozy bedroom. the hot water shower was a much-appreciated perk after a long day of hiking, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax. We also enjoyed the serenity of waking up to the sound of birds singing and meeting friendly kangaroos nearby.
The blinds in the bedroom could use some updating.
